SolXRay provides on-chain data analysis and AI-generated risk assessments for Solana tokens. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You should always do your own research (DYOR) before making any trading decisions.

2. Service Provided As-Is

SolXRay is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any scan results, risk scores, or AI analysis. Blockchain data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to change. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of this service.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. SolXRay scans are tools to assist your research, not replacements for your own judgment. By using this service, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk, including the risk of total loss of funds.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are made in USDT (BEP20) on BNB Smart Chain. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you select the correct plan before sending payment. If you experience a payment issue, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

5. Subscription Terms

Plans are billed monthly. There is no auto-renewal— you manually pay each month when you wish to continue your subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. If you do not renew, your account reverts to the Free plan with 5 scans per day.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, reselling scan data, circumventing rate limits, or any activity that degrades the service for other users. In such cases, remaining subscription time is forfeited.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SolXRay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
